I started out 52 years ago in the small town of Vineland New Jersey. My husband and I were living with his mother. Every Sunday, we made Ravioli and Tortellini. It's not easy living with your mother-in-law, especially when she's bolognaise and you're Sicilian! Any way, she was great to me and taught me to cook. I took her recipe and experimented with it. I asked Jay-Cee market, a small butcher shop that no longer exists, if I could put my product there on consignment. Before long I had 35 mom & pop stores in the Vineland area that ordered weekly. Most of these mom & pop stores are gone and replaced by a few super markets that we sell to.
